FAQs

Is 3 Days enough for the free trial

Yes. Within the first 3 days you will have covered all the major activities required for Sprint Learning, met your coach, used and understood the companion app, attended sprint learning coaching sessions, tried out our text support and know if you have the skills and ability to make Sprint Learning work for you.

Doesn't learning quicker mean forgetting quicker?

If you are referring to cramming then "yes. Absolutely". Balmer Sprint Learning is not cramming. In fact it is as close to the opposite of cramming as you can find. Done properly (as we do it) learning faster produces BETTER retention.

Is your A1 curriculum as large as the standard curriclum?

Larger. More vocabulary, more tenses / conjugations, more phrases, higher pass mark and superior long term retention All made possible by the greater time-efficiency of sprint learning. We strongly encourage our students to take external tests so they can be certain the above is correct.

Why isn't this just an app on the app store?

Balmer Sprint Learning isn't about being clever or just trying really hard with the learning method you learned at school. BSL requires you change your approach to learning in the same way that running isn't walking and running speed cannot be achieved by trying to walk faster. Sprint learning students need teaching and coaching. So far we have found we can do that successfully in groups but some sort of personal interaction is required for students to succeed.

When will your next course start?

Our public launch will be the fifth of November and a new one will begin after that each month following the academic year. At present we are focussed on Spanish A1 - if you are looking for other courses, you will be put on a waiting list.
